# Adding the Osmos Workspace

*Workspaces are places where colleagues collaborate to create collections of items such as AI Data Wranglers, lakehouses, warehouses, reports, and task flows.*

### How to create a new Workspace

1. Go to the Osmos Workload Homepage
2. Select New Workspace
3. Add the following:

* Name - *Required field*.  Name the workspace
* Description - *Optional field.* Describe the workspace
* Domain - *Optional field.*  Assign this workspace to a relevant domain to help people discover its content. Each workspace can be assigned to one domain.

4. Select Apply

### How to access an existing Workspace

From the side panel, select Workspace

The workspaces you have access to will be listed and available on a Workspaces-specific panel.
